"I’m thankful Carter Bros was my choice through Angi’s list. The oven portion of my gas range suddenly quit working. Bill came out the same day and was thorough and professional. He was unable to find the source of the failure and said it could be the motherboard and it could fail again and at that point I’ll need to weigh if the cost of replacing that mother board or replacing the 9 year old range makes more sense. I was only charged $199 and he spent over an hour trying to isolate the failure. I appreciate his honesty and not charging me an exorbitant price. I have saved their contact info and will use them whenever I have an appliance failure and will recommend this company to my neighbors and friends. "

"I called Ben and Elizabeth on Sunday late afternoon, and Ben was at the house the next morning. I was so thankful for their speediness. Ben came in and took apart the dryer -- an older Kenmore gas model -- and quickly identified the reason it wasn't drying. He switched out some parts, installed a new fuse and had it up and running within an hour. The whole thing was under $250, which included a service call charge, parts, and taxes. Now, the dryer is probably good for another ten years and saves me from having to buy a whole new washer dryer pair (which is was dreading!) Ben is incredibly professional and fast!
