"We hired Cox to repair/replace the both sides of the church's pitch roof at Our Lady of Hope Church in Dundalk. They took off the old roof, added plywood, new cloth and shingles. We are talking about a roof that is 1000's of square feet! The job was done within the allotted time. The clean-up was superb! The price was 17% below the closest bid price. A most excellent result from a fantastic company."

"Roger was very responsive and easy to work with! The guys showed up on time answered any questions we had and got the work done quickly and well. Our new roof looks great and in all the big rain storms recently it has stayed dried. We have no more leaks and would definitely suggest working with Charm City Roofing for any roofing and siding needs. Thank you Roger for all the help in getting our leaking issues repaired."

"The service was thorough, I was given a free estimate and timely response concerning the contract. We all got on the roof and looked at the issues together. The challenge I had with choosing this contractor was that they do not offer financing. The quoted price was $26,000. To be clear, they we're going to allow a portion of the total amount to be paid off over time, however, The expectation was for us to come up with 10k+ upfront for materials. After receiving a second opinion, another contractor was going to be able to do the same work for less money with financing available. I don't think there was anything dishonest about their estimate. The cost they quoted me for repair was simply not in my budget based on their financing terms."

"Excellent! Very fast and extremely Knowledgeable-I really like the fact that they focus only on roofing and they just they didn’t just come out and inspect the air my roof water was leaking inside the interior they went inside to actually see the water stain to see exactly what needs to be repaired. Most importantly they focused on repairing the area requested versus other companies who oppression me to replace the entire roof Versus focusing on the area with the issue"

"The work was done fast and well. We had a few minor issues with cleanup and gutter follow up adjustments but it was well worth the cost. Overall so far we are very very happy with our new roof and gutters and would definitely recommend Garner to everyone."

"We did not hire Danny as we have a friend of the family that we chose to use for the roof replacement. Danny was friendly and helpful. we would hire him for other work in the future.

"Crew arrived on time and completed installation of approx 2500 sq ft of new roofing shingle in about 7 hours. Very professional throughout the process from estimate to completion of work and clean-up. Of three estimates received their price was the lowest by a considerable amount. Very pleased and would highly recommend their service."

"GREAT JOB! OUR 2300 SF ROOF WITH TWO LAYERS OF OLD SHINGLES WAS REPLACED IN ONE DAY WITH AN UPGRADED SHINGLE PRODUCT WITH A LIFETIME GUARANTEE. THE NEW ROOF LOOKS GREAT AND HIS CREW DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF INSTALLATION AND CLEAN UP. WE COULD NOT BE HAPPIER."

"HCR did a great job with replacing our roof. The materials are high quality and the work (removing original roof, laying down new roof and cleaning up) was done efficiently and with great detail.
