"First class. First off, I contacted Rez on a whim after looking at Home Advisor and Angie's List. We have people we know to do the work we needed, but they could do it for us on our timeline, unfortunately. I had a few estimates done by painting companies (large and small) and I contacted Rez not really expecting much...to begin, Rez communicates at a much higher level than companies. He's personable and efficient via text. Next, his estimates came in lower than the businesses...my wife and I decided to take a chance and figured it would have to be better than what we currently had in our house. My Lord...I wish I could post pictures. Rez took eight days to transform a family room with a popcorn/textured ceiling and wall paneling from the 1970's. After two coats of primer, two coats of joint compound, two coats of primer again, and two coats of paint, our new room is beyond words...my wife and I were speechless. It is AMAZING. We then had Rez paint our kitchen and redo our cabinets. We had oak cabinets from the 1970's. Rez took a week to completely transform our kitchen...painting, new hardware, repositioned door pulls, etc. Aside from completely gutting our kitchen, this is above and beyond what we ever imagined. We are pretty detailed people and I can assure you that Rez exceeded all of our expectations. He was punctual, friendly, extremely neat, and very thorough. We even had him whitewash our fireplace. Beautiful. Honestly, I cannot even explain how awesome the experience was...10/10 and no looking back. Sometimes you just get lucky in life...we certainly did when we took a chance and hired Rez. We have guys/contractors that we know personally, but we didn't want to wait for them to get to us on the side...my wife and I already said that.Rez will be the first person we contact moving forward. "Ross is a true professional contractor who cares about customer service. He shows up on time, uses email to communicate and send calendar invitations, and above all, is a perfectionist regarding the quality of his work. My job involved applying a polyaspartic coating over an existing fiberglass deck. The key to a good finish is thorough surface preparation. Ross and his helper donned respirators and spent an entire day abrading the deck surface and patching surface cracks. Afterward, they worked in freezing temperatures to apply the base coat, pvc chips and top coat with slip resistant particles. BTW, polyaspartic coatings can be applied down to -30 degrees, look great and are superior to epoxy. For fiberglass deck owners reading this review....go with the polyaspartic coating when it's time to resurface.....you will be happy you did! Upon completion of the job, Ross cleaned up the work area and my garage which was used over a 3 day period. After showing off his work, Ross kindly presented me with the final bill and warranty and left leaving my wife and I with a beautiful new deck to entertain and enjoy for many summers to come! I highly recommend Ross Lindy for anyone needing a fiberglass deck or garage coating.....you will not be disappointed!"

"I needed a lot of help. Needless to say I was lucky to find Kip from Millenium on Angie's List. I really needed estimates on a variety of services, anything from insulation to a quote on a bathroom upgrade to replacing my front door! Kip arrived on time, as scheduled and was so very knowledgeable and helpful. I initially called to get a quote on a bathroom remodel, and after reviewing specs and ideas, we ended up talking about my airflow and how the AC seemed to be uneven from floor to floor. Kip took a look at each floor and provided some DIY tips that would improve airflow. I was so relieved that I finally found an honest contractor. I've waited a while to provide a review to see how efficient his suggestions were, and they worked! With Kip's help and a little of my time, I've improved my air flow tremendously, and saved so much money in the process.
