"These guys were simply awesome. I called them in a panic cause I had 1 day before moving into my new house and needed help. They were there the very next day to hang blinds, and put together a few things I needed. It was a life saver for me and my husband to have a few less projects off our plate. "The Technician that came was extremely inexperienced and could not fix our dishwasher. He misdiagnosed three time what was wrong with our dishwasher. It has been three weeks now and today he came to install 2 new parts and broke a third. So now our dishwasher is still not working and we?ll be going with Bosch directly to see if they can repair it. The Technician told me I would be able to get our money back for the parts we paid for, which is over $650 , but I would need to ring the office to get them to issue the refund. I called the office telling the lady what had happened and she hung up on me. So rude , unprofessional and disappointing. DO NOT USE this company. "

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

"The tech that came to the house was very knowledgeable. Friendly and Helpful in explaining everything to me and also helped me find the part I needed so I could order it. He cleaned up after the job and it looked better then before he arrived. The young lady I spoke to on the phone to set up my appointment was very friendly and professional. The whole experience was a breath of fresh air. I would absolutely use them for any repairs and I would recommend them to anyone."
