I am very pleased with the job Geno did. It took him & his crew about 4 hours to do the job & did an excellent clean up job when they left. I have had no clogged gutters & the wind blows off the leaves. I had 3 estimates for the job. His reviews were excellent & I felt his gutter guard was very good & he came in with the lowest bid. "We had quite a few sections of siding, fascia, and a short section of gutter that came off during a rough winter storm. I contacted a few local companies and none of them would do the work unless it was a total replacement. Summit came out and assessed the issue and a few days later were back out to do the repair work. This wasn't amateur hour, they did a teardown/reinstall of sections on the sides of the house where the siding came off and it has held through worse storms since. Same with the gutter, chimney flashing, and fascia - all better than when the house was built. Excellent work, highly recommended!"

Anthony was very responsive and when capping and siding was removed and odd previous construction was uncovered he would be back at my home working with his crew and would bring other contractors to make sure the issue was fixed and everything was applied correctly. The siding company I hired over promised so I could not longer use them. Anthony was very flexible to expand the project to also stucco my garage and family room-addition. After a hard rain, I discovered that one of the leaks was not fixed. He came back to home with another contractor and with the hose in hand found the leak in the brick (not his stucco) and they fixed it. Very responsive, professional and dependable. Everyone comments on how great my home looks. I highly recommend him."
