"My Sister & Brother in law just bought a house in the Bethlehem area. They left NJ because of very steep and quick rising taxes there among other issues. They needed a fence quickly because they have been rescuing Grey Hound dogs for decades from the abuse of the Dog Racing Owners and the Dogs need to run at least twice a day. So I set up estimates for the fencing which had to come first. One Nationally known company didn't even show up for the estimate and several other well known National Companies where so expensive they nearly doubled the inflation calculations on fencing I did for my Sister. Scott's Property Services were clearly the exception. They gave a great price and did an excellent job to better specifications than the Big companies said they would provide for much more money. From the depth of cement grounding of the Fence posts to the gauge of the chain link. An absolutely top notch job that was finished in a few days for a lower price by far of anyone around. My Sister and her Husband were extremely pleased with Scott's Property Services quality and work ethic. I've lived in PA for 20 years and my Sister & her husband got to see the kind of people and craftsmanship in Pennsylvania that I've been mentioning for years. "I purchase a number of Angie's list deals because my husband and I were going to refinish our basement. Shortly after purchasing the deals, my husband lost his job and has had four jobs over the last two years. The deals have expired and my husband and I are still trying to catch up on bills. I spoke to Jim Brouse today to see if he could install kitchen cabinets and under cabinet lighting that had fallen off the wall. He was very nice and said that he would try to help me, but I would have to pay his cost, which would be a few hundred dollars. The vouchers that I paid for have long expired and no work was done. Since I have already paid $996, I would like my money back, so that I can buy other Angie's List deals and have my cabinets mounted."

"Poor crown molding over fireplace, 2 piece, uneven. Claims  cannot use one piece. Poor electrical work replacing incandescent fixture for LED can spotlight. Used cheapest, thinnest, plastic bead board sheet available from home center.
Needed plastic electrical junction box for junction between old knob & tube wiring to romex cable. Should use large enough junction box so  knob & tube can enter different openings to splice to romex. Even provided speech as to how knob & tube should never be close or next to each other. Could cause fire. Box used was smallest home center provided. Had both knob & tube conductors entering same hole next to each other. Did not cut back brittle end insulation. Capped and taped and stuffed in tiny junction box. I had even watched while being installed. I ended up ripping out entire can fixture from ceiling. Re-spliced knob & tube to romex correctly, cutting back brittle knob & tube ends to solid, using larger plastic junction box so each conductor enters separate holes to allow distance between conductors. Remount new can fixture. Re-drywall / patch ceiling. Lousy job that could of caused a fire. Have called to have crown molding fixed. Left message. Has been a over a week with no call back. Half inch of excess drywall compound left after patching bathroom wall when removing in wall medicine cabinet. Very expensive. Very poor work. Do not recommend."
