"Everyone did a great job! A+++++++++++ work provided AJ and Lochman. Would highly recommend for all exterior work."

"John was quick to respond and work with me to fit into my schedule. Very knowledgeable on how to repair the storm damage on my sheds. Weather cooperated, luckily. The day of the job, John came in, handled the repair quickly and professionally. John was very polite throughout the entire process. I would hire again and refer his work to others."

"He was very responsive and accommodating, providing me an estimate after hours and also squeezing me into his busy schedule at the last minute. The work took a little longer than expected and a couple things were left off my to do list that I thought were included in the initial estimate. I didn’t bother to say anything because he did re grout my entire tub which was not on my list so I was very appreciative. Here are the things I had issues with: The tile he replaced in the shower were a different color then what I have installed, the dry wall repair looks unfinished and although he took the time to explain my faulty shower plumbing issue (and even tried to to do the best he could to repair it), the shower is now in a worse condition than before the repairs and my water is not getting hot anymore."

"Excellent. Gary and his team found the cause of the noise and were able to fix the split framing by going via the attic versus removing the drywall. The cost of the repair was $350 versus thousands as originally estimated. Gary is knowledgeable, professional, and truly cares about making the customer happy. We hired Reo-Servicepro previously and will continue to hire them in the future. Highly recommend."

"Two by Four's crew was so professional (and job was well priced) that we will use them again. They didn't harm any of the fences (we have a large property with multiple fences) below the trees that were being trimmed and this has never happened with other companies."

"Troy and his crew are great. They repaired my fence, installed a new front porch, and new railings on the side porch. Overall, a great company. I only gave 4.5 stars because I had to reinstall my gutters myself at the end of the job. Other than that, I highly recommend. TWF"

"They came on time, cleaned the gutters and repaired leaks and attachment of gutter and downspout problems. They did good work. Left the premises clean. After the work, a leak remained in one gutter seam. I gave them a call and they returned promptly to repair it."

"Sunshine contracting did a great job. They were on time, very efficient, professional, left yard clean, free of all debris. Worked with Scott and Cathy who were very responsive. Sunshine has also done my siding/trim, deck, and gutters. I highly recommend them for all your house exterior projects. I give them an A-plus."
