"I hired Bio Lawn to do regular lawn maintenance in about March of 2018 and for the first year they provided fairly decent and service. However in May of 2019 they performed the regularly-scheduled lawn treatment and shortly aftewards large swaths of my lawn began to die. Now obviously I can't definitively say the treatment was the cause, the grass was in excellent health right up until that point. I then contacted Bio Lawn to inform them of this and tell them to investigate the cause of my grass dying in hopes that they might fix it. A few days later, a representative of Bio Lawn responded to me after checking out my lawn and determined that Bio Lawn was not at fault and would therefore neither attempt to repair the damaged spots or provide a refund for the treatment. This representative even had the audacity to imply that I killing my own lawn by improper mowing. To note, I have been mowing my lawn in the same manner for many years with the same mower with no issues. Needless to say, I found all this to be completely unreasonable and subsequently canceled all contracts with Bio Lawn. I would strongly caution future customers as their customer service and communication leave much to be desired."

"It went very well! Lewis Services is prompt and professional. They take pride in their work and do a wonderful job! We have used other lawn companies before to mow for us and they would come when they felt like it, whether the grass needed to be mowed or not. "It went great. Within three weeks after aeration and overseeding, my lawn looked better than it has in twenty-seven years. The grass is thicker and seems more robust than ever before. I just got fed up with the excuses I was getting from my previous lawn care expert. It was always either too hot or not warm enough, too wet or too dry. "It’s been almost one year now, and I’m overdue in writing this review for Ground Effects. First of all, I’d like to say that the entire experience was really seamless and painless. Once we decided on what we wanted Mary, Josh and the crew got busy. The patio took several days to install and Josh and his crew worked really hard and did everything right. No pavers were laid before the foundation was really good and solid, and I mean solid. They were also able to replace some bricks and fix my front porch steps, which were installed poorly in the beginning when our house was first built. Josh made it look much better. I’d also note that they were able to go the extra mile for us, and fix an asphalt depression near the garage where it bordered the patio. But they didn’t just fix one spot. They corrected the entire problem in front of our garage and did a really good job. Overall, we love the patio! Everyone who sees it comments on how wonderful it is even, Amazon and UPS. Our friends and family whom I had described this project to before construction have all said that it came out much better than they expected or imagined. It has transformed the front of our house, we spend a lot of time on it now in the mornings and evenings and we are thrilled. We couldn’t recommend Ground Effects more highly, they were wonderful and if we ever have another Patio job I know who to call now. Thanks so much."
