"I had a sump pump installed in my existing pit (which did not have a pump). I was very pleased with the installation, and the installer was excellent. Once he had cleaned out and drained the sump pump pit, he helped me test the drain by my water heater and we were able to get some water to flow through it to the pit. On the outside, the installer ran PVC pipe from the foundation to a small area about 5 feet away where my downspouts drain. He even dug a small trench from the foundation to the drain area so the pipe would be slightly underground, and then covered everything back up nicely. He was very friendly and easy to work with. I commend Aqueduct and the installer for a job very well done and at an excellent price. I highly recommend Aqueduct."

"JES Foundation contracts all their electrical work out to Root Electric. In the process of installing my new sump pump, back-up sump pump, and sump pump alarm system, it was determined that a new dedicated outlet could not be created due to my existing electrical panel being too small. Thus, I needed to get an electrical panel upgrade. Through JES Foundation, a date and time was arranged to have my new electrical panel upgrade installed. The lead Root electrician Andrew, and his assistant Andy, dd a terrific job installing the new upgraded electric panel. They were both very friendly, efficient, and professional. Andrew afterwards walked me through everything that was done, and answered any questions that I had. They also cleaned up afterwards very well. I highly recommend Root Electric and JES Foundation to anyone who needs their expertise."

"We had foundation piers in our crawl space and 3 pumps with drain gutters installed in our basement in October. They had to come back in July because water was seeping into the basement from another area. They scheduled the additional work quickly. Conan and Charles added the additional gutter to the existing gutter and did not have to put in another pump with outside drain. The work invoice was adjusted to a lower cost, and we are satisfied . Time will tell if our basement stays dry. Wish they had done all the gutter work originally , as it is noisy and dusty , Thanks , especially Conan!"

"Let's start out by asking:  Would I recommend Ouellette or use them again, ABSOLUTELY!! <br /> (Our upstairs A/C unit stopped working and from a previous HVAC company we received an extremely high quote.  We knew we were on borrowed time for our downstairs unit too).  <br /> We were give the name and number to Ouellette HVAC by good friends of ours.  I was unsure if they would come two counties up to where we live, but they were able to fit us in.  Which worked out to be a bonus for us.  :)   The receptionist who answered the phone was polite and when she said she would return our call...she actually did !!  No tracking anyone down, or waiting for them to call back.   <br /> Devon came out to inspect our A/C unit which was not working.  He was on time, very polite and extremely thorough.  He worked up the numbers and explained in detail what needed to be done with the upstairs unit and why were were having airflow issues upstairs.  (I don't think we've ever felt the air in the master bedroom since we bought the house 4 years ago).  Anyway, the upstairs furnace had to be turned so the new coil (A/C) unit would properly fit.   <br /> Since we knew we were on borrowed time with the downstairs unit we opted to get a quote for both.  After looking at the the unit, we knew found out we needed new furnace too.  In any event, the price, for all three things came in just over what the previously company gave us for one A/C unit upstairs!  And that would not have included fixing/adjusting the venting issues for the lack of airflow.   <br /> One of the things I particularly liked was that I did not feel like I was being talked down to because I was a woman.  I felt that I was spoken to as anyone homeowner should be spoken to, male or female.   <br /> Devon came out for the installation with two others and within two days everything was up and running.  I can honestly say we can actually feel the airflow in the master bedroom (we thought we could not because the room was over the garage...come to find out it was just airflow issues!!)   <br /> Would I recommend Ouellette or use them again, in a heartbeat and without any hesitation!   <br />"

"I donâ t know where to start. Andy Clark and Bruce Crane along with four other guys came to my home for a septic pipe that broke underground. Those guys went above and beyond. I donâ t believe any other guys or company would have did this job for the price they gave us. Thank you so much for your professionalism and knowledge.
