"The installation of the door was done well; however, the work area was not adequately protected (no floor protection) and a crowbar was dropped on my new hardwood floor and put a gash in the floor. There was also a communication issue between the sales department and the installers on putting on new break metal around the outside of the door. Yes I would use them again but I would confirm everything with the installers before the start and I would make sure they prep the area to protect the property."

"We liked that the sales rep measured for our patio shade and then they also send the installer out and to measure. The shade came relatively early and the guys who came out an installed were super professional and everything went smoothly."

"The installation crew did a fantastic job.  They were very conscientious, very considerate and they knew what they were doing and they got it done fairly quickly.

The price is a bit expensive but I got a good deal."

"Yesterday was the completion of our window installation with the Nirvana windows from Zen Windows, We are absolutely thrilled with the Zen windows quality and are so happy with the meticulous installation by your two installers Roland and Everett. The quality of the Zen windows stands out compared to the windows that you replaced but the workmanship of the windows, ease of opening and closing as well as the ease of closure and sturdiness of the Zen windows are outstanding. Now for the installation of the windows a part of the package some people can’t understand or don’t realize how important that is with relation to the complete window replacement experience, Roland and Everett were outstanding. They both respected our property as though it was their own, they cleaned up every area they worked but not at the end of the day but whenever the area needed to be cleaned. They picked up debris after each window install and each trim install. They kept their work area clean at all times. They both were so easy to talk to and answered all our questions and concerns. The trim work around each and every Zen window is beautifully done and looks expertly finished. The finishes of the Bay window are so nice and having a one piece four pane window shows the quality of the Zen windows quality. Thank you again for the Zen window experience and thank you for the great installation by your work crew. We have already recommended Zen windows to a few of our friends and neighbors. It doesn’t hurt that your installation and Zen windows speak for themselves. Please you can recommend our property to anyone who needs to see an installation. Thank you again"

"Roy was very helpful with the quotes and ordering. Which included, a new door, storm door as well as new deadbolts installed throughout. It was nice to have a company that did not feel the need to sell us a new door and suggested simply repairing the existing as it could be easier fixed. The order did take longer than anticipated to receive, and I had to follow-up with Roy on several occasions in order to get a status which was slightly disappointing. When it came scheduling, they were very busy and took several phone calls before I was finally able to reach the installer and get it scheduled. Slightly frustrating since i also work in the customer field I really expect a company to be on top of things like this. On the day of the install, the installer backed into our newly cut maple tree(and paid for) and took a few significant branches. I will say that they were kind in providing us with a discount for the trouble, but it was still frustrating all the same. I was originally quoted one day for the work to be completed, it ended up taking almost two days. Their quality of work with the door and all items was really great. The hardware was sturdy and everything was really nice quality."

"PRECISION and PERFECTION We contacted Jonathan Fisher of JF Construction in late January 2017 with the hopes of having our deck rebuilt in early spring. Jonathan was able to start the project in late February once the decking materials were available and finished in March. My husband and I couldn't have been happier that he was so willing to work through the cold days of winter. I have only the very highest praise for Jonathan's workmanship. Every corner, every joint, every angle displays a high degree of precision. Jonathan has his own internal drive for perfection and that easily shows through in the final results. Jonathan was open to all suggestions or requests and found ways to incorporate our wants and needs into the design. On multiple occasions, he was able to come up with innovative solutions to tricky construction details. One example was his ingenious design for removable skirting panels, which provides us with access to the area beneath the deck. When installed, the removable panels appear seamlessly incorporated into the skirting. Craftsmanship is hard to find and that is certainly what we received from Jonathan."

"Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

"Nice job...they had to chisel out some of the concrete to fit the door just right at the bottom..you would never know they were there..mixed cement and built up the area..looks good"

"Salesman was very good and not high pressure. The installation team were very professional and did a great job. They were very neat and cleaned up after the installation was completed."
