"Innovative Home Improvement is hands down the best contractor I've hired. They are professional, courteous, and hard working. I asked four different contractors to submit quotes for the job and Paul came back with a price at or below the others, but quoted premium insulated vinyl siding where as the others quoted regular siding. Paul's team, Mr. Jung and Alex are tireless workers, even working weekends when weather took the weekdays away. The previous owners had new siding put on as a part of "flipping" the house 5 years ago. However, the contractors they hired did not repair the rotted out, molded, and left holes everywhere. They also failed to add house wrap, which created an even more hazardous living condition for my family. Paul's team used over 70 pieces of plywood to fix the house and never once complained about the extra work. They made sure things were done right for us. 10 stars for Innovative! Thanks for your hard work"

"Siding and gutter work was performed. Installers did an excellent job. All questions were answered promptly and completely understandable. End of the day cleanup was performed daily. Would recommend their services to anyone asking. The finished job is always getting compliments from passersby. I am extremely happy with the finished product. Project managers were always on top of things. Thank you Home Genius."

"JDH did an excellent job on rebuilding my deck. They were very detailed and very efficient. I would definitely hire them for work in the future and recommend them to friends or family."

"I needed some shingles replaced on my roof, so I requested assistance from Home Advisor. Economy Restoration was one of the first companies to respond. Matt Montgomery came to my house to check the roof and informed me that because so many shingles were missing, they would recommend a full roof replacement. Matt was quite sure that my homeowner s insurance would cover it. He communicated with my insurance company and I had a brand new roof about a week or so later! The job only took a few hours-from removal of the old roof to installation of the new roof.I only paid the deductible, which the company gave me a break on, and I referred 3 others who also got new roofs this summer. We are all very happy with Economy Restoration s work. The crews worked fast and did a wonderful job for all. Matt made the process so simple, he was responsive to any questions, and very personable! I would definitely recommend this company for roof repairs and replacements!"

"I hired this company based on reviews from Angie's list.  My experience was a bit different than the A + rating they had.  The answered my call for a quote and arrived on time.  The communicated in Spanish about everything.  We all walked the house together and I pointed out everything that needed painting.  We had a discussion about the master bath, the last words I heard George senior tell me was "we can fix this".  They quoted me a price of $3400.00 and said if I got everything done at once, he would take $200.00 off.  I didn't get other quotes because I just moved in and time was a factor, so I can't really comment on price.  During the week, they dropped of a large paint sample thing to make may choices from.  They arrived early to start the two-day job, a Friday and a Saturday.  They finished the job on Saturday, as promised.  My master bath was not painted, the wood on the steps was not painted, they removed all the drapery hardware and it was tossed out apparently, they took a blind down in the master bedroom and I had to remind many times for them to fix it, they did with crazy glue.  The walls and ceiling are beautiful but the trim is horrible.  I am still painting over spots that were missed or the paint was wiped off when they cleaned the floors.  There was a quarter sized drop of paint on my maple dining room table.  There was a large spot of white trim paint on the colored wall in the hall, but worst of all I continue to clean small spots and areas where there is white paint on the oak floors. They did do me one favor and lift a TV back up above the fireplace that had been taken down for painting. They did leave all the extra paint in the basement, one bucket not closed and has a paint roller floating in it.  The worst thing was them teasing my dogs and getting them agitated and pushing each other towards them and laughing.  Overall, I don't think I had an "A" experience.  Unfortunately I would not recommend them or use them again.

"Not only are the people nice, Mel and everyone who worked on the project did a great job. My wood deck needed cleaned, wood replaced, and stained. I am extremely happy with the results, and I would recommend this company highly."

"Our home is only about 6 years old, but in a recent windstorm, a shingle came off. We decided to have the roof inspected as a precaution. After some research, I chose Mike Boone, and I am grateful I did. Mike was courteous, professional, punctual, and thorough. I would give him the highest recommendation."
