He explained the entire process and provided a sample of the high quality material that would be used on the roof. I must say All About Roofing did not provide the lowest bid but we decided to use them because of the qualify of the material and Justin's professionalism from the first point of contact. The work was completed in a timely manner and the roof looks wonderful. Simon and his work crew continued with the attention to detail and the end result is a beautiful roof. The area around the house was cleaned up every day before the crew left. "Spencer4Hire did a great job. They completed the work on schedule and the quality of their work was exceptional. They installed rolled roofing about 1 ft past the end of the tile to prevent water from leaking back. The flashing they installed at the chimney and at an intersecting wall was very carefully installed and sealed. They replaced 2 sections of fascia board along with some rotted wood. After they painted the repairs (my paint) I couldn't tell where the repairs were made. They even set the flashing to direct water away from the corner where the rot started. I chose Spencer4Hire because they took the time to explain what they would do and gave me several options to choose from. During installation they kept me informed as to the timeline and any additional items needed. I would certainly choose them again if I needed roof repairs or replacement."

"I saw these guys install a neighbor's tile roof underlayment several years back and thought they did a lot of little extras with metal work and water channels. 2 years ago I called and Tony helped me with some repairs and was fair. This last week I needed a re-roof, I got some bids, including one from S&R. Tony came out and took pictures of all the issues on my 29 year old roof and discussed how they would address it if I hired them. After getting bids I called and spoke to Charlie at S&R, and he had a good price and a 15 year warranty and schedule availability to start soon. Better yet, the after sales support was awesome. The install took about 4 days, and the crew that arrived was polite and extremely hard working. Tony and Brian stopped by repeatedly and checked on progress and spoke to me about progress and provided quality control over the crew on some issues that I would not have been aware of. At the end of the job, Charlie came out with a drone and showed me some of the features of the new roof and how they had done the job. This is a good outfit.
