"They were very nice, and the carpet dried in the time specified. My only issue was that a few stains remained after the cleaning."

"They clean my whole house. I use them on a regular basic now. Most of the time they send one person. It takes about three hours. I sometimes let her in and I go to work. I like the efficiency. I like the one person who they use. If their is ever and issue they always call to say something has come up for this person on this day. Or can we change the day. They also send email reminders. I certainly like the cost too. I like the fact that they give options on how often they can come. Being an adult household we don't need them that often. So they have different price schedules. Some other people may need them weekly, daily or monthly. We have a schedule for the rest of the year."

"Their crew was extremely professional and punctual. They did a great job with making sure everything was done the proper way and always cleaned up each night to make sure our kitchen was still livable. Would definitely hire again!"

"I have used several Granite Gold products and like their effectiveness because they do what they are supposed to do. No strong fumes or irritating skin problems. The granite counter top daily cleaner and polish are so easy to use (spay it on and wipe with a paper towel) to keep all your stone products clean and shiny. I was surprised to see how effective the grout cleaner is. I sprayed it on some dirty tire floors in the bathroom and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Then I went over it with the scrub brush they provide. It looked clean then, but when it dried, it was much brighter. This is a 40 Year old bathroom tile floor pictured. Granite Gold also provides excellent professional support."

"I just purchased a new home with limestone floors and lots of marble work. It was in need of restoration and sealing. From the estimate process to the actual work Washington Marble Polishing was excellent. On time, diligent, competent. Hugo, Jean, Chris, and Jose were an expert crew! My floors and stone work now just shines! Perfectly restored and on time!! Thanks, Washington Marble Polishing team!!"

"It went well. It was good. There was a mix-up in the initial order. They cleaned up after themselves. When they came to the house, they were very professional at the house, left the samples and gave us good feedback on types of flooring and things like that. So they were very helpful in making the decision."

"They did a good job up until we contracted with them to do some additional work, and then things fell into pieces. We had a terrible ice dam took out a couple of rooms, drywalls, and insulation. When they were working on that, they did a superior job. They came in and did the mold retardant. When they were doing that, I was going to do hardwood floors upstairs anyway rather than put carpeting back down in some of these areas, I had them do the hardwood floors in the hall and install new wooden stairs to replace the carpet. That job was not satisfactory. I wasn't really happy with the product they put in. Then I had stairs ripped down at the same time and got carpeting out through the stairs. The stairway was not satisfactory at all, and that is where they will get not such good marks. <br /> They did a really good job with the initial work or insulation, drywall and painting. Most of the work was covered under insurance, and I have $1000 deductible for that. They were overpriced for flooring, and carpeting job. The carpet cleaning that they did was good; but when it came to the flooring, and the stairs were not good. I had to call them back because there was supposed to be several coats of varnish. They did not have the promised finish. They were so rough that if I wentt down the stairs barefoot, my socks hung up on the stairs. They charged quite a bit for the flooring and carpeting job. The guy in the middle who was supposed to make it all happen, went on the vacation; while the guys who were actually going to lay the flooring were sitting idle and waiting for the work to do. I was sitting here waiting for the work to be done. The guy who was the head of the company was the problem. He was a big, fast talker. The poor guys who were under him, and were doing the work, were good."
