"I had a frustrating experience with this contractor. After installation, two of the tiles were hollow underneath and Bruce said he would come back out if there was ever a problem with them. Also have drainage issues. No where for the water to go because Bruce refused to install drains like we asked. Bruce said the water will be fine. I reached out to Bruce for corrections, but he has not returned to fix the problems or answered messages. The lack of response and attention to detail was very disappointing.?"

"The worst flooring company! Outrageously expensive. If there was an option for zero stars that's exactly what I'd give. Took advantage of a terrible situation. No compassion and took over 3 weeks for installation. Not sure how they are getting 5 stars. Low quality. Absolutely horrible. Had to replace the $13000 floors from this company less than 2 years later."

"I am very disappointed with my experience at Scottsdale Flooring America. I paid a premium for carpet with the understanding it was backed by a warranty, and I followed all care requirements, including professional cleaning every 18 months (with receipts to prove it). When the carpet started rippling within two years, I expected the warranty to be honored. Instead, I was told the warranty was void without proper investigation and immediately referred to pay out-of-pocket for repairs. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, the service was dismissive, and Todd the store owner showed little concern for customer satisfaction. I felt ignored and disrespected throughout the process. If you are considering purchasing from this location, I urge you to think twice and be aware they are not a BBB accredited business. They do not stand behind their products or their promises."

"Just o.k. Looked ok after, but stains showed up almost immediately. Did not contact for re-do. Think they just didn't know how to really get the stains out of our old carpet."

"David was the man! Although I wasn’t home and never met him, he did meet my wife. She says I should write a stellar review. The quality was great. David even called and tried to switch up the plans with me. After arguing my point he was able to make it work. I’d say barely make it work with a single slab. Talk about getting your money’s worth out of a slab of quartz. I think he had inches left of it. Overall, people won’t be disappointed with DMC!"
