"Me and my mom went to one of their homeshows so we can find someone who can remodel our pool and backyard and we happened to stop by their booth. One of the sales man (Joel), gave us his business card and we signed up for the free estimate. The project took some time but the outcome was amazing! "Salesperson, Cully was very helpful start to finish, from giving us bids on interior finishes (plaster, pebble tec, pebble sheen), to cap and water line tile selection and was always available by phone with any questions or concerns we had. Jesse and crew began demolition of old plaster, cap/water line tile on January 20th and were finished with new interior on February 3rd. New pool equipment and light in place as well. Following week, Les their pool technician, came out and programmed Easy Touch panel to control pump, light, and sheer descents. Everyone at Tribal Waters, from sales person (Cully), to demo/plaster/tile crew (Jesse and team), plumbers, electricians, and pool technician (Les) did a great job. Would highly recommend them to anyone considering a pool remodel."

"David and team commenced the work and made good progress over couple weeks. We were very pleased with the new pool surface and tile. The deck repair was more extensive, I think, than first planned. We were shocked to find deck cracks only 3 weeks after completion and contacted the company requesting re-work. A few associates came out to examine but it was a quite a delay before the deck expert was available to make the repairs and finalize the job.
