"I checked ROC before hiring them. There are 2 revoked licenses under slightly different names that didn't show up in the search. My livingroom, dining room & hall were being refinished so I took the dogs and checked into a hotel for a few days. After I got back, I found a hole in the floor where there hadn't been one before. There were several small repairs that hadn't been done. I contacted Larry and he said they'd be out on Monday to make the repairs. On Monday, Bobby called and said their buffer had torn out part of the floor. He said it was better to let the floor cure for a week and he'd be out in a week. One week later, no Bobby, no Larry, no repair. They had no intention of fixing their damage. For 6 weeks I contacted Larry. For 6 weeks Larry lied and said they'd be out. For 6 weeks, they blew me off. These people have no integrity. They didn't complete all of the repairs in the first place and damaged the floor even more. They lied about fixing the damage they caused. "
