I was selling a condo that had some water damage to the floor. Gabbi was with me every step of the way. He did try to find the most economical way to fix the damage. We tried to sand the damaged area and restsain it but that did not work. We took up the damaged floor but, unfortunately, that flooring is no longer manufactured and we could not find it anywhere. In the end we put in Luxury Vinly and it looks fabulous.
