"Waxtel LLC did a major renovation on my co-op on Sutton Place South. The renovations included new bathrooms, new kitchen, painting, floor restoration and a host of other repairs and renovations. The Company is excellent and I would highly recommend them. Besides the excellent workmanship, the owner, Dave Waxtel, was extremely responsive to all issues. I have dealt with contractors many times, and I would say Waxtel is the best one I have ever used. Moreover, the price was reasonable and fair. You will not be disappointed if you hire them. "I was looking for a contractor to renovate a 2BR rental property. After meeting with several contractors I had decided to go with HD Renovations. During the walkthrough BEFORE the work started, Dominick pointed out a few things and we came up with a plan for the project. Dominick and his crew showed up on time every day and worked non-stop until the project was completed. The work was excellent! When electrical and plumbing issues came up, Dom found a solution. He was a pleasure to work with. Always responsive to every question or idea. He had great suggestions along the way and really took pride in his work. The project lasted a month when others had taken 6-8weeks and stayed very close to budget even though I had made a few additions to the original proposal. "My family has been hiring Gaudioso Contracting since 2016 for multiple renovations on our 2 family home. I think the fact that we have hired them time and time again for our renovation projects speaks for itself. They do excellent work, are up front about costs, and are quick to respond to any questions. They also seem to take pride in their work, as they well should. We have had so many compliments on the renovations to our home over the years. This time they redid our roof, completed some minor repairs to our rental unit (painting etc) and filled in the holes for two AC wall units that we had just replaced with mini splits. The worker that does their brick work is meticulous. He matched the brick pattern exactly. It is nearly impossible to tell that a huge hole was filled in. Work was completed within a week and the apartment and outdoor areas left clean. We would hire them again without hesitation."

"The ceiling, walls and floors needed a change. We got the stains, spots and holes covered. The sinks needs the shelling to be closed because dirt would come out of it. The tub gets clogged so we needed that fixed. We got the lights and windows replaced. The lock on the door was not working properly and it was loose so we asked to get that fixed too. We had a leak and the pipes shaking so we got that all covered for less cleaning. The holes in the walls were nicely covered and painted over. The talk and experience with the handy man was lovely. I was satisfied with the professionalism. I like the color of the paint."
