"Waxtel LLC did a major renovation on my co-op on Sutton Place South. The renovations included new bathrooms, new kitchen, painting, floor restoration and a host of other repairs and renovations. The Company is excellent and I would highly recommend them. Besides the excellent workmanship, the owner, Dave Waxtel, was extremely responsive to all issues. I have dealt with contractors many times, and I would say Waxtel is the best one I have ever used. Moreover, the price was reasonable and fair. You will not be disappointed if you hire them. "My family has been hiring Gaudioso Contracting since 2016 for multiple renovations on our 2 family home. I think the fact that we have hired them time and time again for our renovation projects speaks for itself. They do excellent work, are up front about costs, and are quick to respond to any questions. They also seem to take pride in their work, as they well should. We have had so many compliments on the renovations to our home over the years. This time they redid our roof, completed some minor repairs to our rental unit (painting etc) and filled in the holes for two AC wall units that we had just replaced with mini splits. The worker that does their brick work is meticulous. He matched the brick pattern exactly. It is nearly impossible to tell that a huge hole was filled in. Work was completed within a week and the apartment and outdoor areas left clean. We would hire them again without hesitation."

"George and his team did a great job gut-renovating my New York City apartment. George guided me through the entire renovation process from the initial design to handling DOB permits/inspections to the actual construction and everything in between. He and his crew are top-notch - they are by the far the best contracting company I've worked with. The quality of their work is fantastic, and their attention to detail is outstanding. I am particularly happy with the flooring, tiling, and painting that they did. I always receive compliments from visitors on how nice everything looks in my apartment post-renovation. Price-wise, Elite Tech is not the cheapest nor the most expensive. Their prices are fair and they do NOT cut corners. A few times George was not entirely satisfied with how some part of the renovation came out and would re-do it even though everything looked great to me. He treated my apartment renovation as if he were re-doing his own home. If any issues came up (as is normal for renovations), George would immediately notify me and provide multiple solutions. He has seen and fixed it all! It's worth noting that George is ridiculously responsive via phone, email, and text. I was always able to get in contact with him even when he was busy traveling. "After an extensive investigation taking into account online feedback/reviews and speaking to other construction firms, I decided on Nunez Construction to fully renovate my entire house consisting of three separate apartments. Efren (the owner) was able to fully understand the work required and also suggested additional modifications; some requiring no additional cost which made quite a difference to the appearance and functionality of the units. It was quite evident that he was extremely knowledgeable on all types of challenges and knew exactly how they should be handled which he was able to explain to me in the simplest terms. "Mario was able to provide an itemized estimate for kitchen remodeling. We added the floor and moulding afterwards since the first estimate was very reasonable and within budget. They were able to work during the week of Christmas and they were punctual from start time to end of day. They cleaned up after every work day. Our renovation was put on hold due to some building repairs and we were advised by Mario that it was best to put our renovation on hold until repairs are complete. Once we were able to resume renovations, Mario and his team were able finish work within 2 weeks."
