"Eddie was a true professional; when he called me back, I explained that I had made appointments with two other exterminators to compare rates and services; Eddie was very honest; he asked me to call him back after I met with the other exterminators. I was so impressed he didn't pressure me into taking his service he explained to me that when he comes to my house, he will do a thorough inspection and tell me if he finds any other issues I am not aware of. When Eddie arrived at my house, I took him into the basement. I explained to him I had recently noticed, after a heavy rain storm in the basement, small black bugs against a cement wall. I was concerned that they could be roaches; he inspected the area and told me the dropping I saw against the wall belonged to waterbugs. Eddie inspected another room in the basement and identified carpet bugs. I didn't even know they were in the basement; he also helped me figure out the cross marking on the cement floor were spider webs, but the most shocking discovery of all was the under the kitchen sink cabinets on the first floor had fresh mouse droppings I was shocked I didn't want to believe it. Eddie laid down small red and blue packets of poison in the area and told me to check back in two days. If I see the packets have been bitten, he will come back and lay down additional traps. The pricing was good, and I'm glad I paid a little extra for the 90 warranty. Eddie released a bug bomb in the basement; it took 12 hours to see the effect. He also sprayed an organic mix in other areas of the house that only left the scent of mint behind. Two days later, I checked the basement and swept up 15 dead bugs from various areas. I called Eddie back today; he came, did another inspection, and found the area the mouse was coming from; he laid down more poison packets and glue traps. Eddie is professional, personable, knowledgeable, and cares about every client he encounters. I highly recommend his company's service to everyone."

"I just got off the phone with the owner Ray from the Queens location who is completely unprofessional. I had called a month ago to fix a water bug problem in my boiler room. I paid $220 for this service. A week after I noticed a water bug near my bedroom. (FYI my house is completely immaculate so it's not coming from anywhere else but my basement). I immediately called to say that the spray they used didn't work, and they told me to give it some more time. Fast forward a month later and I still have the same problem. I had called Ray a second time to tell him how the problem was never resolved in the first place. I asked if they can come back and try using the gravel instead of the spray because it's stronger. I feel that I paid for a service that I never received. However Ray didn't think I was a good enough customer because I only call yearly for summer service. He wants to scam and get me to pay for monthly service blaming it on rain. (It's 90 degrees today) I told him I didn't mind paying for monthly service but that I would like him to waive a one time fee being that the bugs never responded to the chemicals used. I can understand if the problem returned months later but not one week later. Do not use their service!!"
