"I used TKT Remodeling Group LLC for a complete basement remodeling. Treon had wonderful ideas about ways to make my basement function more efficiently. He was the only contractor who took the time to discuss ways to remodel the basement that made sense (e.g., moving the bathroom and closet) into spaces that increased our living space. Treon and his crew are friendly, respectful, punctual, professional, and responsive. He even surprised me with a new, functioning fireplace. I wish I had taken before and after pictures. I was able to go to work and leave the workers alone in my home with no problems. Even after my basement project was completed, I called Treon with questions, and he responded quickly. I highly recommend him and will use him again."

"Mario was able to provide an itemized estimate for kitchen remodeling. We added the floor and moulding afterwards since the first estimate was very reasonable and within budget. They were able to work during the week of Christmas and they were punctual from start time to end of day. They cleaned up after every work day. Our renovation was put on hold due to some building repairs and we were advised by Mario that it was best to put our renovation on hold until repairs are complete. Once we were able to resume renovations, Mario and his team were able finish work within 2 weeks."

"I originally hired LJ&A to remove some 30+ year old stucco siding and replace with new vinyl siding and fix any rot there might be. The project expanded to include structural repairs. There was a considerable amount of hidden water damage and rot to the building. Lional and his friendly crew expertly advised and corrected all of the issues including re-framing and installing two new windows, repairing a rotted sill plate, and a structural beam. They used quality materials and the workmanship was first rate. While these necessary extra repairs added to the budget, none of it was a surprise. LJ&A's bid was fair and all the added value work they did was outstanding. They didn't try to gloss over major problems or take advantage and inflate the price of the job. This company is communicative, honest, and very professional, best of all they treated us like neighbors. I will use them for all my projects and recommend them."

"I recently hired RIJI Home improvements to renovate two bathrooms in my 3 bedroom apartment. Both bathrooms were on the small side, the bigger one having a bath which wasn't used at all. I wanted to take out the bathroom and make a large shower as well as changing the floor to ceiling tiles and adding a hanging toilet and vanity, so it would be easier to clean. I more or less had a plan of the layout and colors. But wasn't quite closed about the layout. RIJI's designers made some big improvements on our original plans and offered some original advice about the layout that we would never have thought of by ourselves. The original bathroom was quite dark and I wanted to go for a lighter more minimal look. I can't believe how different both bathrooms look after the renovations. There is lots of light and much more space, yet we still have the same amount of storage space. I am very happy with the work that has been done. The team of workers that arrived everyday where very professional and pleasant to work with. I hired RIJI Home improvements on the recommendation of a friend, and have no regrets about that choice. I wont think twice about hiring these guys again."

"We were extremely happy with the work performed by H&M. Moises, Hector and crew were courteous and did whatever needed to please us. They did most of the renovation in our condo......painting, installation of bathroom cabinets, sink, installed tile floor, etc. They also installed vinyl flooring in our kitchen, living and dining rooms. They had a plumber replace our heating baseboard, I would highly recommend H&M if you want excellent work done!!"
