Didn?t make a big deal of it until learning my warranty quantifies this an accident, and so no repair granted. Once again I?ve been taken for granted, and now I?m looking at a dented front door that appears to involve blatant disregard and reckless negligence, than an accident. Posting this in hopefully they will be more careful, and considerate of personal property. Never personal, but they?re the experts in their business."
