"We were so happy with the work Shane completed on our screened-in porch. We had old screens in frames that were clipped to each window and were looking old. Shane installed new screens by fitting them between 2 pieces of wood trim inside each window opening. The result was amazing. Our window lines look so much cleaner because you don't see clips on the outside of the window frames, nor do we have individual frames for each screen. "Jim Southern, his brother and another helper arrived promptly and began work.  Once they started, they realized the original grouting was extremely hard and difficult to remove from the adjacent tiles.  They worked very carefully and meticulously to remove the old grout and not damage the adjacent tiles.  It was quit a bit more work than I think they anticipated, but they didn't complain and actually completed installing the new tiles within the 4 hour time period they estimated.  Jim came back the next day and completed the grouting.  He even called me to tell me he would be 20 minutes late so I would not be concerned.  And he did a beautiful job matching the color of the old grout. <br /> Jim Southern and his crew are top notch!  I would highly recommend them to anyone.  For any future work, I will call them first.  They totally cleaned up any debris, were careful not to track dirt in on the carpet, and took everything away.  Jim even cleaned up the yard area where they had their tile saw.  And they were just really nice young men. <br />"

"After a recent storm damaged the roof of our home we asked one of our neighbors, who did the repair on your roof.? They gave us the contact information for Brian and said they were very satisfied with his work. We gave Brian Gains of BMG Restorations a call. Brian came to our home and we discussed what would be done and what it would cost. The work included stripping 2 layers of old shingles off down to the sheeting and cleaning up as well as hauling it away. Brian said they would install all new underlayment,with ice and water in the valleys, as well as new ridge vents,flashing and metal trim. He gave us, what i considered a very fair price. He said it would take from 2 to 4 weeks to get to us. Brian's crew came and did an excellent job and all in one day! They got here about 8:30 am & were cleaned up and gone by 7:30 pm. The work was exactly what we agreed upon including the fair price. They did excellent work and it was a very hot day The roofing materials by Owens Corning called Duration came with a limited lifetime warrenty and we also recieved a 5 yr. transferable warranty on labor and workmanship from Brian. BMG Restorations did an excellent job even including painting those ugley white vent pipes to match the roof, and our home looks great! This has been an excellent, even enjoyable experience.
