They were resourceful at adapting to new situations as they removed wood. For example, when they found that there was no insulation above part of a roof where they removed the facia, they bought and installed insulation. They were prompt, efficient, and performed quality work. The estimate was accurate. The estimate included the possibility for more structural wood being needed. The additional cost for additional work and materials were reasonable. The crew was polite, worked well together, answered my questions, and paid attention to details in their work.
