"We hired Redman to completely gut our kitchen and dining room and make them one room. All new cabinets, island, windows, floors etc. it was such a smooth process and the finished product looked like it came off a magazine cover. We were so pleased that we hired them again to remove our entire second floor and turn our cape style house into a garrison style. The transformation was incredible. We added a second floor laundry, bathroom, Master bath, guest room/office and attic. I would not only recommend them to anyone needing work I would hire them again in a heartbeat."

"Eric's team rebuilt our entire three season room, which was not functional. It is now, thanks to Mike and Brian. It also looks very good! Mike works hard at getting things done, and teaches the younger crew very well. He is structured and trustworthy. He also was patient answering my questions (I always have too many..!). Brian pays great attention to detail! I was impressed by how good the tile work looks, and also how good the finishing of the decking to the landing looks like, which he did. "I had the good fortune to encounter Neary Construction last year, when I needed a lot of work done to remedy the damage that the awful winter of 2014-2015 did to my house. 

Short form: I am very picky about my contractors, and Neary went above and beyond on almost every level. Billy went over the damaged areas carefully, pointed out several things I had not thought were problems (but obviously were, in hindsight), and took the time necessary to explain the work that needed to be done. Then he sent me an itemized list of fixes that needed to be made. I chose the ones that were most needed, and Billy didn’t argue with me to do the whole job. The friendly and helpful interactions on the front side were an awesome start. 

Then he came when he said he would, did the work in a very competent way, and cleaned up after himself when he was done. I have to say that his competent and professional manner, his obvious depth of knowledge, and his overall business practices are far and away the best experience I’ve ever had in a contractor. 

This spring, I called him in again to do some work on my front porch, and in my kitchen. Same service, same professionalism, no hard sell, and first-class work. 

Scheduling is a little rough-and-ready (and more last-minute than I’d like), but that's a very small issue when set against the overall backdrop of good and competent work.

"Tighe was incredible. The first thing you notice is his attention to detail and his consistent demeanor which makes him a great person to work with on so many levels. We approached Tighe about our kitchen/attached bath remodel in our 100-year-old home and he did not bat an eye about some pretty significant changes that we wanted to make (moving windows, moving a closet and rearranging some of the other walled spaces ON TOP of the normal kitchen fun). The job was also complicated by lead time issues from some of our vendors but Tighe was able to roll with the punches extremely well. His subcontractors are also great and we get compliments on our backsplash tile every time someone sees our new kitchen. I would 100+% recommend Tighe to anyone (and already have) for home repairs, and when the time comes that we're going to fix up the rest of our house we will seek him out first."

Activities were explained in detail, and scheduled commitments for the various projects proceeded generally on time. Small changes were discussed and closed real time.
