"I called dan to have someone look at my faulty toilet. Someone was out within the hour. Very fast, professional and knew a lot about plumbing! Turned out my toilet was very old so they bought a new toilet and put it together and installed it. Worked wonderfully! "Joe from JMS Drain Services was my service technician who arrived well within the window scheduled service time. Joe came in, inspected the sink to determine how to resolve my issue, took out the tool (snake apparatus) to clear the sink, and departed my premises within 15 minutes. "One oven doesn't work at all ( my choice, see above), the "working" oven was never calibrated properly so using it is hit or miss. It's time to call American Home Shield to see about replacing the entire unit. I'm waiting to finish other home projects before calling them. I don't know if I'll request Greenway again."
