They will tell you something over the phone, then when you follow-up, they will magically lose all records of prior conversations. I was told replacement windows would be ordered in June 2024 - never ordered. In January, ordered correctly with 4-6 week expedited delivery time quoted. Now in Feb, was told the windows would not be ready until end of March (total of nearly 11 weeks since order). Magically, they have no record of quoting me 4-6 weeks, though I have email records saying otherwise. Just a miserable company to do business with, would never recommend to any homeowner."

I had many ideas, multiple products and his attention to detail, advice and experience let it all come together so successfully. Our project included everything exterior…the roof (asphalt and metal), replacing skylights, front door and exterior light replacements, gutters, soffits, metal trim, cedar woodwork, monogram siding, cedar impressions and Versetta stone. We also had 2 half moon windows taken out and he did all the sheetrock and interior finishing work for those areas. He took into account every little detail and always held the highest standards for his work and those that work for him. I am still in awe of all the work and detail put into the project.
