"Horrific, the concrete dust and dirt from carpet removal went through the entire house. We had to deep clean the entire house including beams of cathedral ceilings and got sick from the dust. When they laid the tiles (wood plank type) they did not mix the repeating designs as they were supposed to. Result, a horrible looking floor with lots of repeats next to each other. Company inspected it and agreed that it is defective, but they refused to fix it and instead demanded full pay. With attorney and law suit we got our money back and had another company replace all the floors."

"Buyer beware! This is an absolutely shady company. I had an accident and stepped through the ceiling from my attic. Nothing huge but I didn't have time to fix it. Called Mr. Handyman. They would NOT provide a quote over the phone. Said they would send someone out the next day. Great! Guy came out the next morning. I purchased all the supplies and even did the cut-away/demo work needed to provide a clean-edged section to replace. The technician was nice enough and very apologetic after he had to go out to the car and come back with a 5-hour, $800 quote for what was, arguably, 30 minutes of work (that's what it ended up taking me to do after I refused their quote). The kicker? They charged me a $90 "service fee" for, literally, 5 minutes. It's obvious what they do: they don't quote, they don't tell you about the service fee, and they don't "estimate": they look at a job, fill in a form ("a large hole needs to be patched"), and it spits out a # of hours. Horrible. Will NEVER call this company again for anything."

"RWJJR Construction & Consulting Services was a good company to work with. Bob came over and did a very comprehensive consultation, then offered his ideas of various ways the project could be approached, giving a couple of different cost options so I could choose what fit my budget. I appreciated that. My outdoor project was completed in November during a very rainy season, but they worked around that and got it done successfully. They communicate well, calling and returning calls promptly. If you are lucky enough to be able to hire Shannon to do any painting for you, you will be very happy. She is the best- does outstanding work. I have already hired her to do another painting project for me."

"You should probably add 4-6 weeks to the expected delivery date if you expect to need the "enclosed" hardware. I received the blinds in the estimated time, but it came without the required hardware. I have made 4 calls (at least) over several weeks, but the hardware is nowhere in site. It is clear that SelectBlinds.com is a marketing company only has outsourced all production and fulfillment to third parties and evidently has a difficult time coordinating these type of customer service issue. Extremely frustrating that my blinds have been sitting in the floor for over a month and all I need is a few screws. Happy to go to Home Depot to get the screws, but SelectBlinds can't even tell me what sizes I need."
