"The plumber from Guin (Marvin) arrived in the morning at the rental house with water heater, stand and other equipment. The tenant was there to let him. The plumber replaced the heater and also fixed a problem with the water pressure, which was too high. He charged me a flat rate for the entire job, including parts and labor, and also charged extra for fixing the water pressure problem. The cost was higher than what a Home Depot installation would have cost, but I read a lot of bad reviews about faulty equipment purchased at Home Depot and places like that, and so I decided to go with a professional plumbing company with good local track record in case of problems, as their work is guaranteed. Previously I hired Guin to replace two toilets and fix a leaking bathtub, and for that job I bought the toilets myself (Home Depot this time) and only paid for the labor, which made everything a lot cheaper. We did so and were told that there were no leaks and that a water pressure valve was needed. We called Wilbur's and the problem was confirmed, and the valve replaced. We now have the correct water pressure throughout the house."

"The contractor removed one tank containing filtering media the added a larger one with a media that was sufficient for the iron content that had to be removed.  He further adjusted the system and corrected the water flow and backwash cycle.   Other tanks were cleaned along with the flow valve for proper functioning. The contractor was in and out in four hours using two workers that were both polite and competent. Everything was cleaned up and was left in better shape than when they arrived. From the time they put the new system on line our water has been perfect.  We are so happy after several contractors worked on our system for 10 years and none of them has gotten it right. <br /> WE RECOMMEND THIS CONTRACTOR TO ANYONE WITH BAD DRINKING WATER!"
