He ordered the part and scheduled to be here on 10/28/14. "I had a dryer that wouldn't start. The dryer is about a dozen years old, so I was assuming that repair could be a bit of a pricey proposition. I had some problems booking an appointment online so I did it the old fashioned way and called in. I was able to get an afternoon appointment a couple of days later. The diagnosis didn't take long; within about a half hour, the repairman had completely taken the dryer apart, tested every item and diagnosed the problem which turned out to be a blown motor and bearing; not a cheap repair. He clearly explained the problem, told me what it would cost to repair and gave me a chance to think about what I wanted to do. I decided to make the repair. He ordered the parts and said that the dispatcher would make a new appointment once the parts came in. A few days later, I got a call and a new appointment date. The repair was done relatively quickly and professionally. The repairman was knowledgable, friendly, and professional. No upsells; just an honest diagnosis and assessment of the problem.
