With the dryer repair, in one case he had to send a worker out to do the job. I remember being impressed that the worker cleaned the inside of the dryer really well and when the part was replaced he was still not satisfied that the dryer was working correctly and safely, so he came back on another day but did not charge beyond the original quote. I had some problems booking an appointment online so I did it the old fashioned way and called in. I was able to get an afternoon appointment a couple of days later. The diagnosis didn't take long; within about a half hour, the repairman had completely taken the dryer apart, tested every item and diagnosed the problem which turned out to be a blown motor and bearing; not a cheap repair. He clearly explained the problem, told me what it would cost to repair and gave me a chance to think about what I wanted to do. I decided to make the repair. He ordered the parts and said that the dispatcher would make a new appointment once the parts came in. A few days later, I got a call and a new appointment date. The repair was done relatively quickly and professionally. The repairman was knowledgable, friendly, and professional. No upsells; just an honest diagnosis and assessment of the problem. I would absolutely hire this company again to repair an appliance."
