Maynor, the owner of Triangle Roofing was the first to respond and he came out that same day as he was going to be in the Temecula Valley area. He knew exactly what was needed and gave a very reasonable estimate, I like the way he operated and conducted himself, I then received more estimates and two were higher and one was lower. I felt as though all the companies with the exception of the low ball one would do a decent job, as I heard less than favorable things about the company who gave a low estimate. I want a fair price and Maynor gave exactly that. You get what you pay for and while no one wants to over pay, you donâ t want to go cheap on your roof itâ s one of the most important structures on a house. Maynor was a pleasure to work with from start to finish and we had times to just chit chat and he is a genuine person; he wants to do a good quality job and provide a good service to his customers, simple and straightforward. All of his employees who I spoke with, Eli and Salvador, were kind and shared those same values of doing quality work and doing right by their customers. As is the case with a lot of tract homes, we will probably need to repair other parts of the roof and I know we will be calling Triangle Roofing again. "Contracted Federal Building and Roofing with Richard and his team after Listening to Richard's suggestions during the estimate. Had bad water damage to many Rafter Tails as well as a severe leak in the garage, Had several Contractors out for estimates some wanting to go a much more expensive route to repair the damaged wood on the Rafters as well as suggesting a complete Torch down on the entire roof which was not needed, which came with a less than desirable Warranty along with higher costs. Richard gave me peace of mind with his knowledge and suggestions which in turn provided a much longer Warranty and cheaper more effective route to repairing the damaged Rafter tails,all at a very reasonable price compared to other estimates. Any Contractor should have been able to provide me with these suggestions and alternatives but failed to do so. Richard and his team were Professional, polite,cleaned up thoroughly each and every day and completed the job on time as scheduled."
