"when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great"

Justin immediately called them and ask them to come out then since we were there. In no time they showed up (and even though the house was vacant, they left their shoes at the door) and completed the needed items done quickly, efficiently and for a reasonable price. "They came out and checked everything and found it was the pump in the well.  They advised they had one other job to do the next day but would get it the following day.    They came promptly,  they did not make a mess.  They capped it out of the ground so if the pump went bad again, it would be a matter of just pulling it as they had to dig into the ground to get to my well.  They were courteous, and called and discussed things with me.  Very impressive.  I highly recommend them.  They truly care. <br />"
