"If you're searching for a reliable company to replace your roof, I highly recommend Certified, a Service-Disabled Veteran owned business. From my very first phone call with the owner, Steve Mitchell, I was thoroughly impressed by his professionalism and genuine approach. His guiding principle is “do the right thing always,” and he truly listened to my concerns, promptly arranging an appointment to move forward. At our meeting, Steve EPITOMIZED EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE - he listened intently, thoughtfully answered every question, and addressed all my worries. He explained the entire roof replacement process in clear, easy-to-understand terms. When it came to areas where the wood was damaged under the shingles, Certified sent me detailed photos of the damage, then replaced and numbered the plywood so I could see exactly what was done. I received before-and-after photos, and I have to say, if a roof can be beautiful, nine is absolutely stunning and comes with a 50-year warranty!"

"Certified roofing did very well. They were the first to respond to my Angi query. Tim was smart, quick, and had an excellent work ethic. We had a slight miscommunication on what the job entailed, which is being cleared up as we speak. I would definitely hire them again."

"Came up, took a look, told me I DIDN'T need a replacement, just some repairs, qouted me his price, we shook hands (Found out he was a fellow cigar smoker so I passed him a couple), he left, sent me the same estimate over email, I agreed, his men showed up and in less than an hour they had the repairs done. Now the thing is: He COULD have come in sounding all Doom & Gloom telling me the roof was about to cave in - NOPE! He could have given me a jacked up price - NOPE! His crew came, the saw, they fixed. Sadly, in 2026, that work ethic and honesty are becoming rarer every year. Definitely would recommend! 👍👍👍👍👌👌"

"We had a roof leak and Amazing Skylights made quick work of it. They were very helpful and responsive and saved us from further water damage. It's been six months and no recurring issues. We had a great experience with them."

"Unfortunately all too often these days contractors say they guarantee their work, but they really don't.  Not Springfield Roofing and Siding.  We had Mike Bennett.  Last October we had a roof leak and had several companies come out to give us estimates.  Only a couple were honest and really went up to inspect the roof and give us their assessment.  Most of the other companies immediately said "new roof!"  But Mike took the time to explain the issue and suggest a repair.  And he and his team did it.  Well fast forward to July and we had some bad storms and some high wind that effected the roof, and we ended up with another leak.  Called Mike out to take a look, he saw that the storms did some damage to an area close by the original leak and went up and fixed it and also addressed some shingles around our chimney.  Did it that day, got it all done.  And here's the kicker - NO CHARGE!  Just fixed up and said we were all set.  We know one day our roof will need to be replaced (its well over 20 years old) and the first person we will call is Mike Bennett - because he's honest, reliable, does good work and he keeps his word!

"Called and set an appointment within 10 minutes of my repair request. Bob Decheubel, left nothing undone! At the time of estimate, he had already restored my gutters without prompting or even asking. Set an appointment for a Saturday, early, and although he arrived sooner than expected he simply waited until the appropriate time to approach my door. The work seemed effortless to him, wouldn't accept a water break. His pricing was within boundaries or parameters and I definitely, without hesitation always contact Reliable Roofing, Inc."

"Very happy with the company very nice people, wonderful service, amazingly fast would most definitely recommend to anyone needing roof repair/ replacement 10 stars for me."

"I have a wooden shake roof that was in desperate condition. Forrest & Son agreed to make the repairs. They came out on time and did a thorough job of patching the worn shakes with new material. The way they integrated the new with the old shakes was amazing. The roofer was more of an artisan than repair guy. My wife and I are more than happy with the work that Forrest & Son provided. than happy with the result"

"The JWHI technicians did a great job with my list of repairs. They were professional and communicated well. Would absolutely hire again."

"Very professional and excellent customer service. Repaired roof leak and did a full rubber seal. Work was very reasonably priced, quick and efficient. Very pleased with their work and would strongly recommend Elizabeth Williamson - I'll certainly use them again in the future."
