"Incredible experience. This is the best kitchen I've ever owned, and I'm a senior citizen who spent 22 years enduring military moves. Dan Martin and crew tailored this kitchen exactly to what I wanted. In fact, there were more than just one or two suggestions Dan made about the design, for which I am most grateful. Two of these were eliminating non-load bearing walls, which opened a tiny galley kitchen up to include a island/breakfast bar. At my most recent family gathering, it was a breeze to feed 22 people. In the original kitchen, barely two people could fit (see photo with Charlie the Dog). Work was exceptional. Dan and crew were diligent, precise and willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything was done to their high standards. Dan also works with the homeowner to keep costs down, and kept the homeowner informed daily of progress and plans. His was the lowest bid. Since my kitchen completion, I recommended him to others, and they had similar results. Outstanding service, true professional. Several months after the kitchen renovation, I had a smaller project to repair/replace the basement ceiling. Again, the work was done professionally, and I was completely pleased. "The windows arrived on time but there was six windows that arrived with half screens , which are fine for opening the bottom half of the window but opening the upper the screen does not fit well to the window and bugs just come on in... was promised replacement FULL SIZED screens NEVER happened! March24,2020 we had the final windows installed but the kitchen window screen was torn before it was even off the truck...was again promised a quick replacement . I have called repeatedly about the screens to be promised again and again to have them soon... it’s now 4 months later and STILL no screens!!! We bought top of the line windows so they’d last a long time and do enjoy fresh air in the house often but can not open the Kitchen window because of the lack of the screen!! NOT HAPPY!!!"

"We recently had New Century Builders perform some much-needed work on our 40-year-old home. All of the carpet and vinyl flooring was removed, the paneling was removed from the dining room and kitchen, and repairs made to sheetrock throughout the entire 1248 square foot house. The walls and ceilings were given a fresh coat of paint, luxury vinyl plank flooring installed, some of the subfloor was repaired, and acrylic wall panels installed in one bathroom. Although not a large crew, all of this work was completed on time (about 3-1/2 weeks), other repairs made that were not in the original scope of work, and all of the scrap removed. The owner and his crew could not have been easier to work with. Any items that came up during this project (and there are always unseen and unknown glitches that will arise in a project of this size) were discussed and tackled right away without any pushback or hesitation. Even minor problems that my wife and I did not see were repaired to assure that a quality job was rendered. At times, even before we could say anything, one of the crew would spot a defect and make the necessary repairs because they take pride in their work and wanted to make sure we were satisfied. Workers showed up not just on time but early every day they were scheduled to work. All of this was done for a fair price. We highly recommend Donnie Linkous and New Century Builders for any home remodeling projects that you may have. We will definitely keep them in mind for any future projects that arise. "The guys that remodel our kitchen did an outstanding job. The guys were really nice and respectful They would always ask me "how long can they work"if was after 5pm. The finished product was amazing. The only thing I didn't appreciate is the sales people they were trying to get every dime they could get. Believe it or not just Negotiating a price took about as long as took them to remodel the kitchen. The salesman start out with $47k price after negotiating the price dropped about 13k I still feel that I overpay. Well at the end of day I thank the guys again that work on remodel our kitchen they were the BEST."
