Admittedly, we were apprehensive given past bad experiences with other service providers. We were pleasantly surprised, however, by the punctuality, professionalism, and patience of Armando, Alex and the whole Smith & Ramirez team! Multiple consultations were held to ensure we had a full and complete understanding of everything entailed in the process prior to beginning.
