"The job went very well. Here are some examples: - Had siding work scheduled for March but they were actually able to start in February. When does that ever happen? - There were a few minor mistakes on the job but they were resolved without delaying the project or additional charges. - On a whim I mentioned that our chimney leaked when it rained despite it going through multiple repairs. Reed saw an issue, had it fixed and it hasn't leaked since (over a month now and several down pours). The cost was minor. - The new, expensive windows we had installed by another organization last year had to be redone (just the vinyl) with the siding install. They look twice as good and the work was noticeably done with more care. - Our 1930s farmhouse has very nice but weathered columns out front. One of the bases had split badly and Reed fixed it on his own time just because he "likes figuring out and fixing little issues like that". - Workers were friendly and approachable."

"March 28, 2016 RE: Evaluation of All American Home Improvements The scope of repair work by All American Home Improvement was limited to the removal of existing roofing materials and installation of a new metal roof; at my residence. I am ultimately pleased with the final results and have no complaints to address at this time. However, I will notate that due to a measurement discrepancy either on the part of the estimator or of the provider of materials, there was a significant delay between the initial date of installation and the date of completion of such work. While this delay did leave my roof incomplete and sub-roofing materials exposed to weather, I feel that once it was addressed (a week later) and a tarp affixed to my roof that All American Home Improvements did satisfy my complaint until the project was completed 5 days later. Total time from quote acceptance until work completion was 35 days. I found the cost to be fair, the final installation to be sufficient, and that the work was completed as quoted. The only significant recommendation for improvement of this process is for better communication between supervisory persons and home owners concerning projected solutions to issues or difficulties. I did need to pick up after the first installation crew that arrived but, I am often considered overtly picky about debris and trash in my yard. Based upon a reflection of the total quality, value and the ease of transaction of my roof installation I would give All American Home Improvement a “B ” rating. • While NOT a reflection upon this contractor I will suggest to those considering a metal roof that I have experienced an almost total loss of cell phone reception / signal since my install."

"Great overall experience using Call Mr. Fixit. Dennis is professional, courteous and knowledgeable in addition to doing great work. We had several pieces of vinyl siding warped from BBQ grill heat. We also had a mailbox that had started to tilt which we asked him to reinforce. He came out and did the estimate the day after we messaged him on Angie's List. The estimate was reasonable for the work and he explained everything that was included in the cost. The mailbox was relatively simple in that he poured concrete at the base; the mailbox is now secure and does not move as it did before (due to the soft ground). The vinyl siding repair was very professional. Unfortunately, the company that made our siding 8 years ago was now out of business. Dennis and his crew searched through several stores before coming up with a close match. As the repair was in a very visible area and the vinyl was not an exact match, Dennis and crew pulled existing siding from an inconspicuous part of the house and put the new siding there before replacing the warped siding. The work looks great, the crew was professional and the price was very reasonable. Would recommend to anyone needing general repair/construction services."
