"Sales personnel helpful, not too pushy. Installers prompt, pleasant. Left everything neat and clean. Great job on bathrooms. However, I had tile floors installed in both bathrooms. Installer obviously did not know how to install tile floors. Floors not finished under cabinets. (Out of sight, out of mind?) Tile not even, not level. Grout too low. One bathroom regrouted within a week. It has been one year this month and bathroom #2 is in desperate need of regrouting. Pieces of grout fell out within the first month or so. I would highly recommend them for bathroom renovations. Surrounds are very easy to clean/maintain. Cabinets are nice. Workmanship was excellent (except floors). If having a tile floor installed, be sure to ask for someone with tile experience and be sure to actually watch the entire floor installation."

"old cast iron pipes busted from years of rust and stoppage. pipe was removed without further damage to under cabinet wooded area. replaced with new pvc pipe and fitting and realigned all drain drain lines for better draining. work very well and without the usual back up that had been there for years before."

"Julian replaced the broken & loose ceramic tiles, then removed and replaced the grout in the entire kitchen & dining area. He finished the job by adding floor moulding around the entire floor area in both rooms. I couldn't be happier. Julian did a timely and fantastic job, and he and his crewman were professional and polite. I will definitely seek Julian for future jobs."
