He sat at our dining room table and showed us via laptop a mock up of the different types of roofing shingles that were available. We were able to make a decision on color and type of shingles. He told us it would take 3 days and a dumpster would be there on day 1 to handle debris. They removed the old roof and put on a new roof, new gutters, painted chimney and installed new fascia! Everything was cleaned up before the end of each day. On day 3, I paid him and found some more work for him to do!
