I purchased the deal for contractor for the week which is really about 35 hours of contracting labor.  Overall, the experience went well.  Myriad did a lot of work between two properties; one of which is a rental and the other a newly purchased home.  They did the below for me:

Hung two ceiling fans

Replaced trim around exterior of sliding glass door (installer did use non paintable caulk which caused some issues trying to paint it)

Replaced trim around garage access door

Planted a 4 foot tree

Replaced gate hardware and rehung

Sealed fence and deck

Installed ceiling mounted storage for garage (owner did cut himself pretty badly in the process and we had to call an ambulance)

Cleaned gutters

Painted some of the trim in our dinning room

Overall, Myriad was very punctual and professional through all of the work.  Some of the work probably could have a little more attention as noted above.  If I had one gripe I would say they shorted me about 3 hours of work as one of the first days they were supposed to plant the tree and seal the fence/deck.  Unfortunately it had unexpectedly rain that morning allowing him to only plant the tree and he stated the rest of the time would be credited; however, the worker ended up leaving the company between that appointment and the next one and that was never passed along.  Probably more my fault for not being a stickler in terms of the overall amount of hours remaining.  Either way, I would still recommend Myriad as they did good work at a good price and I would consider them a trustworthy company.

"Sublime Innovations did an excellent job in getting my landscaping together for the start of the growing season. We used them to refresh the landscaping around our yard. Our landscaping had overgrown and become unkempt during the fall and winter. Sublime Innovations was able to clean all of the flower beds of dead matter and weeds and trim all of our hedges and bushes so that they are more manageable to maintain. We will definitely be using them again for maintenance of our landscaping to ensure it remains beautiful."

"They did an excellent job. They had a 4-man detail so they worked on both trees at the same time. Basically, for each tree, one man went up and did the cutting while the man on the ground took the cuttings over to their chipper. After they did the cutting, they asked me what I thought. There were a couple spots I wanted trimmed a little more and they quickly took care of it. They were also informative about how cutting the wrong way would be detrimental to the tree. They did the job in less than 2 hours and they cleaned things up very well.  Next time I need something done, I know the first place to go. I could not be more pleased with the work they performed.

"Darrel is the best tree man we have had in years. He has been taking down 20 some ash trees that have died from the Ash borer plus some others. There were four trees that were beside and near my shed and two were twisted and posed a danger to the shed. Darrel devised a method that brought those trees down and dropped them right where he wanted and no trees touched the shed. He cleans up after his work and does what he says. Would highly recommend him. Larry C"

"He removed doors to paint them. He laid the doors down on some blankets when they were still wet. Some of the back sides aren't even painted. I don't understabnd what he was thinking to do that. You just don't do that."
