"We hired Lex Construction for siding replacement and exterior paint, which included replacing two windows, some general construction to repair bulges in the studs and some roofing/fascia board repair. Of all the companies we had bid, we really felt like Mike listened to our vision and didn’t feel the need to rearrange it to his preference. He also gave us some great suggestions and recommendations, some which we decided to go ahead with and some not. The price was really reasonable, and we ended up adding the front deck replacement mid-project. Both Mike and Troy were responsive and courteous, and did a great job, as well as the contractors that covered the roofing and paint. A few minor details were missed between what we discussed and what they executed, but nothing major. Overall we were really happy with them, and plan to use them again for additional projects we have in mind. We highly recommend them for your next project!"

"He went thru the electric from one end to the other checking every thing he could find, found out that he had to change a wire in the plug to change it back to 120 power instead of 220 which the electrician did. then he needed to replace a transfer switch, the fridge was out that took a heater unit to repair it. Also took a new microwave the old one got fried as every thing is 120 in the whole trailer or 12 volt. tuck chased down a new microwave and installed it! he explained everything he did to make a non electrical wiz like me understand. he was a really good guy new what to do how to do it and tell you what he did. he was here quite a while."

"<p>As part of a larger remodel and repair operation, our contractor installed a new front door purchased from Home Depot. The install was not properly aligned and would not close or seal properly. The contractor did a great job in other areas such as framing, siding, deck building etc., but properly installing and aligning a door is a special skill that not everyone has. It is hard to find a real door hanger but after a search we found Tom. He was able to take apart and reinstall the sash and door and we now have a beautifully operating and sealed front door. I would highly recommend Tom for any door problems you have, he is a real craftsman.</p> <p><br></p> <p><br></p>"

"I had a very good experience with them but we are not quite done yet. They are really great people to work with. The quality of the doors is great. The only thing that is unfortunate is it doesn't match what we already have and that was going to be a concern but they thought they could do it but they weren't able to do it but that's okay. They did a good job. They are very professional. They do what they say they are going to do. When they say they are going to get it done in a certain time, they do it. They are good communicators. They call you and return phone calls and I think those things are important when you are doing remodeling. It might be a little bit expensive the way they are doing it but then, these are costumed made that they are making them to match exactly what you already have."
