"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. "We replaced our old furnace with a new high efficiency furnace. Shawn came out and helped us figure what to get and gave us 4 options and estimates for each. We chose the third estimate. We set up the appointment, and set the date. Two men came to our home and did the job of removing our old furnace and AC and installing our new ones. It took 2 1/2 days to do the job and it turned out wonderful. The men were great to work with and did a terrific job. They were very polite and fun and answered all our questions. We have used Blairco for about 30+ years, and they come twice every year and do maintenance on our furnace and AC."

"Contacted Appliance City and spoke with Allison regarding having a Frigidaire refrigerator looked at since it was making a loud buzzing sound. She advised it might be Monday since it was late Friday morning already but she would speak with the repairman. The repairman Ty called back and said he could be out in only a few hours and was there right when he said he would be and fixed the issue quickly and competently.
