"     Ability Chem-dry did a phonominal job!  I first discovered them when I needed to have a large area rug cleaned before giving it to my son.  The rug had been put away without being cleaned and then stored for several years. The customer service was excellent and the rug came out beautifully.  So when it came time to have our home's wall to wall carpet cleaned I decided to give them a try. <br>      Dave was able to give us a rough estimate of the cost based on my description of the job. Russ, the technician arrived right on time and was obviously very experienced and capable.  We have a somewhat larger home and our older carpet had endured the last few years of our aging beloved dachshund. Russ used a laser to accurately measure the square footage and then used a black light to identify and mark the areas that had pet stains.  He placed index cards where the stains were so that he could appropriately treat them. I am embarrassed to say that there were way more index cards then I would have expected!  The options regarding protectants and odor removers were carefully explained as well as reasonable expectations. I did not feel pressured to purchase add ons, just well informed of our choices. <br>      The technician really took ownership and pride in the job.  He worked hard to reach all possible areas, treated all identified spots and was extremely thorough. He was very careful with our home and belongings.  The results were beautiful, especially considering the age of the carpet, and we really felt that our home was cleaner and fresher.  The work was done several months ago and has held up well.  <br>      I will gladly have them back again and enthusiastically recommend them to others! <br>  "

"I bought a gift certificate for a full house cleaning, at a charity auction. The company happily made good on their donation and sent two women to clean my 2-story house, which included vacuuming, a thorough dusting, a full kitchen clean (except the oven), and washing all the wood floors. Because it was a donation on their part, I excused them from doing the bathrooms. They were here for about 3 hours. I don't know what it would cost, but the house just sparkled when they were done. I will use them again and submit another report after that."

"I purchased a home where the seller had replaced the carpet prior to my purchase. I contacted Adams Carpet Cleaning, at the recommendation of a family member who had used the service previously and was extremely happy with how prompt and thorough Alec (owner) was in cleaning their carpet. I contact Adams Carpet Cleaning because my cat had thrown up on my master bedroom carpet. Although it was right before a holiday and a busy time for carpet cleaners, Alec fit me in by working one evening. Before starting the process, he checked to see if there were any pet urine stains and to identify all areas where the cat had thrown up - and what he discovered was that the prior owner had tried to conceal lots of urine stains (the former owner had five dogs and a cat). I was stunned at what he was able to show me and they were definitely old urine stains that the former owner had attempted to clean - but was unsuccessful. So Alec and I checked the entire home and discovered other areas where pets had urinated. It appears that the former owners had kept their pets on the main floor. Since my primary concern was the master bedroom, I had Alec clean that and arranged for him to return at another time to clean the rest of the carpets. He had a treatment that neutralized the urine and was able to extract it. Adams Carpet Cleaning uses green cleaning solutions. I couldn't be happier with Alec's work. He is very thorough and took a lot of time cleaning the entire bedroom including moving all furniture so that he could clean the entire room. <br />"

"I cannot say enough good things about Macadam. They worked with us to put vinyl plank down over some deteriorating slate tile in one room and replace the carpet throughout our townhome (lots of stairs). Rick was fantastic working with me upfront to choose the best products within my budget. Then the install teams were just amazing. My husband and I were initially planning to install the vinyl ourselves, but I am SO GLAD we had them do it instead. What would probably have taken us multiple weekends, buying new tools, etc., took these guys a total of 4 hours. The cost was super affordable and included moving all the heavy furniture in and out of the room. The result is fantastic. I love it so much. The install team stopped what they were doing, had my husband and I take a look, and provided exceptional support talking through the options of what to do. We ended up having them stop the install and having our previous contractor come out and fix the areas. As soon as the water intrusion contractor completed the repair, the team at Macadam went out of their way to get a team back in to do the carpet install asap.
