Z Zach is one of the most responsive contractors over text I have ever worked with. Literally any question I had or idea about the Patio, he would be on the ball when it came to helping me figure out this project. When it comes to fair and transparent pricing, I always knew what I was going to get and there were no surprises after the fact. Lastly, with quality of work - their team did a great job with the patio. It came out exactly as we had designed with no corners cut. Based on all of these factors, I would 100% recommend Zach and his team to do any patio / stone work. "Season to Season has been frustrating to work with. We hired them because they appeared to be very professional and knowledgeable. However, the crews who came to do the work seemed to have been given very little instruction leaving it on us to manage the project which was difficult to do while working and taking care of our children. We had to have them come back multiple times in order to ensure that the project was done correctly. We went months without hearing anything from them leading us to assume that they were not going to come back at all. Finally, after almost a year, the project is complete. I would not recommend working with this company. "

"Our backyard had a large uphill slope, rendering most of it unusable. Additionally, there were drainage problems and a lack of privacy. All of these prevented us from enjoying our yard. Gardens of the Carolinas was the most responsive when we initiated initial inquiries, which continued throughout our project. John and his team were fantastic to work with for our backyard project. The team listened to our concerns and provided an extensive long-term vision for rectifying them and making them an area we’d enjoy moving forward. Based on our immediate needs, we decided to take a phased approach by adding a timber retention wall, a stone wall with lighting, and privacy trees. They also tapped into our existing drainage solution and made it more efficient. I view this as providing us with a canvas for future projects.
