Examples: To replace a $10.00 diverter valve which took 15 minutes, the installation fee ~$245.00. The fans cost around $300.00. The installation charge over $800.00. The hose bib cost ~$6.00, installation fee was $290.00. Future customers should be aware of these excessively high installation fees."

Butch came out within the hour and QUICKLY repaired my outside unit which had a failed fan motor and a problem with the electrical connection box. Honestly, I wasn't even expecting a call until Monday and figured I would have to miss work during the week for an appointment, but Butch pulled through same-day. As far as service calls go, Butch was professional, friendly, and thorough. To top it off, he called me later in the evening to make sure the unit was still running properly (great follow up!).
