Considering that we got exactly what we wanted, with the quality of both material and workmanship, we felt it was a fair deal. Also, I appreciated Hugo’s passion for his own work and the advice of an experienced builder. As a bonus, he was completely trustworthy, showing up when he said he would, meeting all date-lines, explaining small delays while waiting for Inspections from our County, etc… and taking care of “everything”, like permits or attending to last minute requests. Kelvin walked all over our roof to make sure he identified all of the trim repair needed and gave us a detailed list. He also made certain that the stain he used matched what was put on last time. The end result was excellent. The house looks great and the price was quite reasonable. I highly recommend them."
