When I spoke to Erik, I explained what happened and sent him a picture of the gear. He informed me that shouldn't have happened and the gear was either bent or broke. He also told me the gear ⚙️ looked to be in bad shape. Sure enough, it was broke just as he said, so he came by to do an assessment, measure my garage door and give me an estimate. He showed up earlier than we scheduled and provided me with a quote. They'll be here in the morning to replace my motor and for some reason, I'm excited.
