When the signup process feels high-pressure or unclear, and promised documentation isn?t provided, it comes across less like customer service and more like a lock-in strategy. Also, be cautious with any upfront startup fee ? make sure you understand exactly what it covers."

When I asked what happens if I'm not happy with the job, Calvin said it would be no problem to discontinue. Now they are saying I have to pay a disconnect fee per the agreement. I told them what I was told and all they would say is "I apologize." Clearly this is a rehearsed line that they've told others. I would have to say that this is a dishonest company. Saying what it takes to get the job and then holding you responsible for their poor work. I am a bit cautious to say the least to go with Angies again if this is whom they are recommending."
