Because of that, I didn?t fully realize the billing setup until later. Requiring a contract for routine pest control is already concerning. When the signup process feels high-pressure or unclear, and promised documentation isn?t provided, it comes across less like customer service and more like a lock-in strategy. Also, be cautious with any upfront startup fee ? make sure you understand exactly what it covers."
