"Needed a chimney repair due to leaking into our garage and Aiden contacted us very quickly to give us a quote. Aiden was very interested in helping us fix the chimney leak and communication was great during our initial conversation. The team of two quickly accessed where the leak was coming from and repaired the top of the chimney and sealed around the flashing and a few other spots on the roof that needed attention. Aiden sent before and after pics to me while I was at work and he communicated clearly to my mother and was very respectful and explained everything that they did on the roof. Aiden also followed up with me personally to see if any leaks had occurred since the repair. None have occurred which is great! "We recieved a mailing about American Metal Roofs, my husband was interested in getting a metal roof so we called. The president of the company came to our home to meet with both my husband and I. He explained and showed us in great detail how the roof is installed and about the materials used and gave us an estimate. We picked out the type of roof and color that we wanted and we put money down to order the materials and within a few weeks they were ready to start putting on the roof. Also about how the workers would conduct themselves on our property. Our roof was installed and all materials were cleaned up and kept neat through the whole process. The Crew were very polite and cleaned up after themselves daily and were very knowledgable and did a very professional job.

"The provider requested OK from Choice Warranty and he was denied. It rained last night and rain came into my home. It could have been avoided if Choice had just approved what I requested. Now, the damage will be greater than necessary. I blame Choice home warranty for my home damage. Now it will cost mote than a simple tarp could have prevented until I could get money to repair roof. The provider was great and tried his best to get something done to my roof but Choice Warranty was horrible and no help. They get a "zero" from me"
