"Extremely happy with the work Ryan and his team did in our 17 yr old home. We replaced the front door and all interior doors plus hardware, the baseboards and door trim, painted four bedrooms and bathrooms plus all the doors and trim, hung new bathroom mirrors and replaced the medicine cabinets. We also repainted our existing glass doors and trim to match the new front door. In the laundry room we replaced cabinet facing, countertop and sink, plus paint. Our home didnâ t need structural work, but this surface refresh has made it look some much more modern and up to date. Ryan is very easy to work with, is an excellent communicator and delivers on his contract. He creates line-item contracts that allow for transparency and easy decision making. I already had some other work under contract when I found Ryan and he was very flexible and accommodating about working with the existing plan and the other contractorsâ delays and issues. "Tim did an exceptional job. His men were polite and finished the job quickly. Everything was cleaned up afterwards. Tim was patient in taking his time to answer all my questions. I was so happy with his work that I hired him to do baseboards in the downstairs area of my home. He did an exceptional job, using the highest quality materials. "While Michael the owner was responsive when it came to the actual scheduled job he sent a much junior technician whom I certainly did not expect because he did not tell me. They were supposed to contact me before he showed up but there was no advance call, luckily I was home at the time. The tech did his job and was about to just leave without showing/telling me about how it works or what he installed. I had to ask him about the installation so I can be sure I knew how the equipment operated and if there's anything I needed to know about the install. In the end my opinion is the attic fan was a waste of money and my time. We don't notice any difference in the interior temperature of our house when it's hot. When I inquired about a refund (within 30 days of the install), Michael said he would offer $89 refund for the equipment and not the install. And to think if I didn't use Angie's list, this would have cost me several more hundred dollars. An expensive lesson learned!

extremely capable , trustworthy and true to their word.  The Job was completed in

a li8ttle more than two hours and we are extremely satisfied with the finished job.  We would highly recommend them.
