"We had our master bath shower and tub removed and replaced. We used Shugarman’s bath company. Jorge Topete was the installer and I can’t say enough praise for this man. He called daily to let us know exact arrival time, never assumed he knew how we wanted things ( he asked about everything, every measurement and placement before doing the work), he was meticulous about everything and the results were perfection. The bathroom looks beautiful and really improves the value of the space. He was respectful of our home, kind to our 11 year old dog who wanted to say hello, and left everything clean and tidy before leaving for the day. I highly recommend this company but most of all this extremely skilled craftsman installer."

"Problem: My Tile Installer did a horrible install of the shower floor & shower window wall. I just could not learn to “live with it”. Scott responded quickly to my text & agreed to inspect. He qualified my expectations of what he could do to replace and what may go wrong. I felt comfortable with Scott’s experience, opinion and advice. Scott removed the tile meticulously with success, no damage to the other tiled walls! The niche is better balanced and is aesthetically pleasing. The floor is beautiful and now drains. Working with Scott & David was a pleasure. (BTW, thank you for fixing the grout on my step.) I will no longer consider tile as a DIY, nor hire a “handyman”. Do it right the first time. "I called to get a bid from Level 5 Drywall and Chris came out the very next morning. He arrived on time, gave me a very fair quote, and he said he could get the job done the next day. The next morning his crew was punctual and they wasted no time getting the sheetrock put up. They did a very professional job and cleaned up after themselves. I'm very pleased with the work they did and I was happy with the price. I would use Level 5 Drywall again if I have any future needs.

"We were happy with the workmen but we were not happy with the management, and my husband didn't want me to write a bad report. But, there was a problem getting everything to work and they blamed it on our remodel, that something was being done in our remodel, and it took them two weeks to get us hot water consistantly. I was not happy. And then they charged us with extra labor. I didn't want to write a bad report because the workmen did an excellent job, but it was the management that decided, so I really didn't know what to do. We bought a new water heater from and water cleaner as well. I think we ended up giving them $7000 for a repipe and then the quote came back in five bills and an extra $200 for labor. They couldn't figure out what was wrong and they had to keep coming back. I didn't want a bad report on my credit report so we bargained (on the extra $200) and said we'll pay half just to get them off our back. They were greedy at the end. We have a lifetime gurantee with them so I was afraid if we write something bad and what if they decide to retaliate by giving us a hard time with the guarantee and all."
